Outpatient Rehabilitation
St. David’s Outpatient Neurological Rehabilitation is an integral part of our continuum of care. When life is interrupted by neurological illness or injury, it is important for optimal recovery to continue therapy started in the hospital.

Treatment plans are customized to help patients recover from, or adapt to, limitations so that they can achieve their optimal level of independence. The program includes therapy ordered by a physician, and guidance about:
  • Community resources
  • Disease/illness management
  • Exercise
  • Home set-up
  • Orthotics
  • Social and emotional needs
