Ray M. Bogitch, MD

Ray M. Bogitch, MD

Dr Ray Bogitch recently joined St. David’s Medical Center inpatient neurology program. He is a neurologist with Austin Neurological Clinic and a member of NeuroTexas Institute.

Dr. Bogitch received his medical degree from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. He completed an internship in Internal Medicine and a residency in Neurology at the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri. Fellowship training was completed in Houston, first at the MD Anderson Cancer Center (Neuro-Oncology) followed by the Baylor College of Medicine (Neurophysiology, EMG). Dr. Bogitch received his B.A. in Biology, with honors, from The University of Texas at Austin.

Dr. Bogitch is the recipient of a number of scholastic awards including the American Academy of Neurology Student Prize for Excellence in Neurology (2003). He is the co-author of a chapter entitled “The Molecular and Genetic Basis of Neurological and Psychiatric Disease,” which appears in the current edition of a noted neurological textbook.
